So far behind...

May 6

Quebec, Quebec Overnight

Last night I went out with some of the guys to a bar for some drinks since it was an overnight. It turns out that we cannot leave Quebec just yet due to the tide being too high. So we will be having another overnight. With all of the guests leaving tomorrow, they had to set up transportation from Quebec to Montreal. Sounds fun, huh?

So today was interesting. We mainly worked in the gallery and tried to sell, sell, sell. Got some bad news and decided to stay in tonight and take it easy. Hung out with friends and watched some movies. It was a tiring day to say the least.

Quebec, Quebec Overnight

Another overnight means we all went out to the clubs. I danced the night away. We started at the titty bar because of a new cadet needing some breaking in. The guys bought him a dance and then we all headed to the club downtown. Crazy night tonight and ended great. Ken had to leave early because of his cadet not being able to handle himself…. Gotta love new guys. Ended up walking back to the ship with my mgr and one of the crew. It was a cold night, but clear and amazingly nice. It took us a good 20-30 minutes to get back to the ship. Quebec is the safest place to be out at night. We never had any worries.

Quebec, Quebec

Last day in Quebec until next time we come around. Taking it easy today with all the partying these last couple of days. Overnights are awesome for people who work on ships because we get to let loose and have fun on land.

May 9

Sea Day

Need I say more. Easy days are sea days. Took some photos, hung out in the gallery. Had the engineers complaining to me that I have to so easy compared to them. Ha ha.

May 10

Charlottetown

Out and about. Met up with the guys for lunch at the Olde Dublin Pub. Good food, good day.

May 11

Sydney, Nova Scotia

Out on shore with Ken, engineer, to pick up Chinese food and doughnuts for the guys. It was raining so hard that we were both soaked to the bone by the time we were done. Everything was in walking distance so no need for a taxi.
